Xander/Wesley Breathplay fic?

seeking_spikeI read a short series about a year ago in someone's site.
All I remember is that, in the third and final story, Xander can barely talk (his throat is sore from all the breathplay he and Wes have been doing.) He and Wes are sitting in a restaurant and Xander is wearing some kind of ribbon (either black or red) around his neck.
It was by someone well known in the fandom, but my Google-fu has failed me something fierce.
