Please help me remember!

I have been wracking my brain trying think of a story I would like to re-read. It is a long and more than likely part of a series. I realy don't remember much about it other than it was wonderful and had Buffy/Spike and Angel/Cordelia. I do remember that Cordy was ill (I think from cancer) and that they where all maybe at a beach house. It was either AU or Post NFA.
Maybe if I could remember more it would be easier for me to find, lol. Any ideas from my vague description?

That sounds like The Baby Series by Mrs. Muir. The part with Cordy is the 3rd or 4th installment in the series.

That is what I was thinking, ie the Baby Series, but I can't seem to find the part about the beach house and where Cordy dies. It is so long it makes it hard to skim, lol.
