Spike and Dawn in LA w/Angel

I'm looking for a story set after Buffy's death (which is permanent). It's not "Counting the Days" but has some of the same premise. Spike and Dawn move to LA to stay with Angel. Spike and Angel are lovers, but Cordelia is also still interested in Angel. There's a scene where Angel is training Cordelia and Spike is aware that Cordy is aroused. Eventually Cordelia and Angel end up having sex during the ballet spell - Spike confronts him and Angel admits he could have pulled away but didn't. Spike leaves, and dawn decides to go with him.

I think that story is Nice Dream by Evil Willow. And it's the third part of a series.
