Spike and William

I'm looking for a story that I haven't read in a long time so I hope I don't mix a few stories together. In it Spike and William are twins, rich (either own their own company or work at one)and in a relationship. One night at a party they are both at William meets a woman and they start having a relationship although Spike warns him about her saying that she is after his money. At one point Spike gets a tattoo. The woman starts to separate both of them and then accusses Spike of attacking her. Eventually William learns the truth and dumps her then the twins get back together at the end.
Again I hope I am not mixing two or multiple stories together since it has been a while. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure this is one of the Spike/Buffy/William stories by xela_fic. I'm not sure which one, as it could have been a flashback or a prequel. Happy hunting!
