This is a season 6 fanfic takes place after Wrecked I believe.  I remember Tara and Dawn become like emissaries for the Powers and are able to judge humans like Warren and possibly take the evilness out of them.  I wish I remembered more of the fanfic, so it's kind of a long shot.  Thanks.

I know a lot about the story I just can't think of the name. Spike and Buffy become like excutioners and Dawn is the judge of their sins. Spike has to eat their "hearts" (metaphor for drinking some blood and taking their sin into him). Tara and Dawn start up a relationship (romantic). Warren, Andrew and Jonathon are their first case as it were. I will keep looking for it!
