Post-OMWF fic

Okay, technically this one might have started before OWMF, but it definitely goes after and, well, all I remember is that at one point one of the Scoobies suddenly realizes hey, wait... our song ended with with the line "The curtains close on a kiss on a kiss, god knows..." but who was kissing? Because it wasn't any of them.

And, that's it. All I can remember. Yeah, it's vague, but it popped to mind today when I was listening to the soundtrack and I'd love to find out what the rest of the fic was about.

Aha! I say, because I just found a story that meets this criteria AND one that I was searching for, as well!

My question was about the one where Xander figures out that Spike and Buffy are boinking during "Gone", makes a general announcement, and nobody much cares, except that they don't want Buffy to feel that she needs to stay in the closet. SUCH a great story.

Okay, I know this was an age ago... but for some reason, I never got the notice of your reply and never came back to check. I was actually going through the community today looking for another entry I made (I'm trying to remember a story that I know I asked about once before... and I *really* don't want to ask twice about the same story) and stumbled across this one. But yes!!! You actually got it! I've been tearing through that one today (it had been so long since I'd last read it that I'd pretty much forgotten the story) and have moved onto the sequel. Thanks!!!!!
