seeking_spikeNeed some help finding a Spuffy I read on FF.Net some years ago.
In it Spike is found after the big fight at the end of Angel and is revived by a doctor and nurse. He wakes up very confused and starts talking about rape and how he hurt the girl, so they drug and restrain him which makes him violent. Giles and Andrew find out and go to get him pretending to be family and tell the doctor that his sister (Buffy) was raped and that Spike became obsessed with finding her rapist. So they wean him off the drugs and he becomes lucid again.
After that Spike starts to ask about Buffy and hoping to stop anything from happening between them Giles tells him that she's moved (The Immortal) on so Spike starts up a relationship with the nurse that helped revive him. They eventually go back to England together, after the first meeting with Spike and Buffy the nurse quickly realizes they aren't related and have a history. This eventually brings their break up and Buffy and Spike get together leading to Buffy getting pregnant. After that the Immortal goes after them.
