Faith in a Forever Knight crossover

Another old one I've been searching for for a while. Faith is on the outs with the Scoobies and she leaves Sunnydale. She ends up in Toronto and meets Nicholas Knight and Lucien LaCroix, the master vampire of Toronto and his police detective favored son. Buffy tracks her there and LaCroix and Nick back her up against the hostile Sunnydalers.
