AtS S5 - Spike loses his soul

I know I'm going to kick myself over this one, since I actually reread it not that long ago, but I'm drawing a total blank on the author and title right now. It takes place in AtS Season 5... Spike goes to Fred because he's lost his soul and wants to get it back (she ends up fainting, in part because she's been working too hard and forgetting to eat). It turns out he had a run-in with Ethan Rayne at a bar, who took the soul hoping to create chaos by unleashing a monster. Ethan didn't have a Muo-Ping, but instead was storing the soul in a Branston Pickle jar.
