Xander bound to Spike with a jade bracelet, slash

Hi,

I'm looking for a fic that I can't remember where I read it or really that much about it. However, here is what I do remember about this story.

- Spike kidnaps Xander and they go to some other state where I believe Spike killed a Slayer or something
- he gets someone to make it so that Xander can't hurt him or go too far away from him, if he the intent and a bracelet of jade is used to do this
- Giles killed Drusilla and no one really approved
