Xander with powers?

I'm looking for a story I read a while back. I believe it was on adultfanfiction.net but I could be mistaken. It had a pairing of either Spike/Xander or Angel/Xander, It could have been either one. I remember that there was a fight between Wolfram and Hart and all of the "good" guys (Slayers, Angel, Spike, etc. You get the idea).
One scene I remember form this story specifically is that there was a fire where Angel, Xander, Spike and all of the Slayers were staying and some of the Slayers were killed or something before they actually had the battle.
