Buffy apocalypse!fic

Hi there! I'm looking desperately for a Buffy apocalypse!fic I read ages ago. Though my memory is pretty foggy, I'm quite sure it featured Buffy and Faith in some way. Giles was dead. There was something in it about a (broken?) watch and Buffy looking at it. The summary was "The slayer is dead, long live the slayer" or something similar. This story was a one-shot, short-ish (definitely under 2.000 words), and posted here on LJ.
