Fight to the death (spuffy fic)

I'm looking for a fic I read a long time ago. Spike left Sunnydale and Buffy or Giles tracks him down because dawn is kidnapped in order to force her to fight to the death (other demons and eventually Faith) in an underground fight club in the middle of nowhere or some island. If i remember right there a boat to take them to where the fight is. It reminds me of a video game or movie plot but I can't remember which one. I think Giles is in it but it's mostly spike buffy and dawn. I know they kill the guy running it at the end. Spike is cold and bitter towards Buffy at the start but it has a spuffy ending.
