Spike/Tara fic

Hi, I'm looking for a fic that I found once, a long time ago in some site and that I can't find again. I never read it and I'd like very much to do it but I can't seem to find it anywhere, it's just so frustating. Anyway it's in Au s4 with Tara called as the new slayer when faith dies. It's Spike/Tara with Tara obviously as an hetero. Do you know where I can find it? How's it called and who is its author? Thank you very much anyway.
