Coffin Dreamin

I know I've read this story at least 3 times before, but I just can't remember its title right now. I think Buffy and Spike are in an established relationship after she is brought back, but after Buffy dreams about clawing her way out of the grave Buffy freaks Out on Spike after sex. Leaving her unable to even kiss him. Spike is hurt by her sudden rejection and I think he kicks her out still upset with Buffy they run into each other after Buffy has a bad day, or something like that, and he finds her crying. While he's hugging her Buffy wonders how she could have thought of him as just something cold and dead.
