Seeking a Spuffy fic

Hi :) I hope someone can help, I'm looking for a story that I read a little while ago, most likely on LJ. It was a one-shot set either post-NFA or during The Girl In Question, when Spike and Angel went to see Buffy. The Immortal was involved, and what I remember most vividly about the fic was Buffy being absolutely overjoyed to see Spike again and announcing she was baked and ready to be eaten by Spike. I think the Immortal was called Paolo in this, and was constantly calling Buffy 'cara mia'.

It was such a lovely and fluffy story that I have to read it again... so if anyone knows where I can find it, I'd really appreciate it :)

Doesn't it just put the biggest smile on your face? I love it so much... it's one of those lovely warm and fuzzy stories that just cheer my day right up :)
