Looking for post series xander/spike

I'm looking for a fic set post-season 7 where Xander is working with a crew to rebuild Sunnydale and in the rubble the crew finds Spike. I remember it being fairly lengthy and crossing over with Angel. I know that they would patrol the pit that was Sunnydale and there were all sorts of ghosts. It was Spike/Xander (can't remember if there were other pairings) Any ideas? Thanks!
