Looking for Spander fic

I only remember a little about the two fics I am searching for, but I hope someone can help me regardless of my faulty memory.

One of the fics I am looking for is a Spike/Xander slash story where Xander helped design and build an apartment complex. He was a rather "strong" charachter in the story, a dom to Spikes sub, in a way. He had kept his apartment and funds a secret, because he wanted to be able to take proper care of his "mate" and thus provide Spike with home and safety. I think Xander was affected a bit by the hyena. Angel shows up at the apartment at one point and threatens either Xander or Spike - I think Xander chained him up and left him in the bathtub or something to show him what Spike had gone trough (not sure)

The other fic is also a Xander/Spike and all I remember is that Xander worked with wood - made furniture and dollhouses and the like. He worked for an elderly couple, who turns out to be demons (nice ones!)

If anyone know any of these two fic, I would very much appreciate your help. I have been looking for these stories for over a month now with no results.

Unfortunatly Spangel999´s reply was.. not as helpful as I had hoped.
I spent 2 hours looking for them today, but have yet to find the fics - there are *a lot* of stories in Spanderfiles.

But I can safely say the stories are not under "Souled Spike"

Unfortunatly not. In the fic I read he worked as an apprentice for an older man (demon) alone.
And he still had both eyes =)
