Spike drinks his own blood and gets sick

I'm looking for a fic I read a few years ago where spike drank his own blood and made himself really weak and sick. It was sort of like an addiction for vampires and he self harmed and looked like a teen. He went to angel so that angel would kill him but the rest of the team find him before he does. Then angel appears and asks them what was going on and they don't recognize spike at first but angel did. Then angel refused to kill him and took him in cause the addiction meant he couldn't eat anything but Sires blood and he wanted to take care of his childe. I think it was on ff.net but I can't find it.
