I posted this inquiry on a different community last year and only got one helpful rec.

Are there any fics where Spike is turned into a female or is female originally?

Well, actually, since then I wrote one where Spike is temporarily turned female (and Buffy is turned male). It's a seriously AU futurefic, so it may not be what you're looking for, but just in case: What A Drag It Is

I seem to recall that femmenerd wrote some always-a-girl!Spike ficlets, which you might be able to find in her journal, though she's long gone from fandom.

Okay, the three already recc'ed are FABULOUS and exactly what I would have suggested. If you want to widen the net a bit, buffyversetop5 has a "Body Changes" category, which might contain a few girl!Spike stories:
