Willow brings Jessie back.

This is only one of the BtVS stories by this author (name forgotten). It's told from Jesse's point of view. Willow is out of control with her magic; she brings Jesse back (I think it's an attempt to protect/control Xander) and he hasn't aged a bit while his friends are several years older. Xander is angry when he finds out and is protective of his younger friend, demanding that Giles call the coven to block Willow's magic.

I'm sure that this author has written many more stories, and not just Buffy. Any help?
