seeking_spike | Season 2 or more. Spike/Buffy

Hi Everybody,
I hope you can help me. I'm looking for what I think is one fic, or maybe a series. It might even be totally different fics all together. the scenes/things i remember are:

1) Whistler hires Spike to come to Sunnydale to deal with Angelus, and help Buffy. He's a mercenary? Red car for part of payment?
2) Was cursed in Angels place and before the gypsies fixed it, the other part of the foursome tortured him, badly enough he still as scars. Also caused him to be more neutral/less evil.
3) Hires Wesley. Sees his potential.
4) Wes has a breakdown. Spike tells Wes, he's never had a partner before. No one was good enough? Implying Wes was/is.
5) Goes to London and meets with Council, comes back with a geas on him. Mean to Bufffy, to indicate somethings wrong cause he can't tell anyone. Season 5? Think it has to do with Dawn.
6) Screw up with the monks. Dawn knows Spike will protect her. Only has half memories. The scoobies make her Buffy's half-sister, made Hank her father with someone else.

I've looked in all my saved fics, and on the sites I go to, but I just can't find it, or them. Any help is really appreciated.
