Spuffy - Post-Series - Soulmates

Hello. I am looking for a Spuffy story where Buffy has been living off the grid and someone takes her place. Everyone thinks its her except Spike because he's her mate. In the story, not-Buffy sleeps with everyone. Real Buffy ends up crawling in the ceil and Spike knows shes up there because he can smell her.

The Scooby's put a spell on her. She runs off and winds up in the Florida Keys? There is a prophecy Angel, Spike and the Immortal show up. Whistler visits Buffy so does Joyce? Is that the one you are looking for? If so I know that story but for the life of me I can never remember it's name! LOL
