Seeking story...hellllllllp! spike/dawn, xander/wesley

Well, I put this out on the BTVSstoryfinders list and haven't got a nibble, so I'm hoping someone here can help:


It wasn't that long ago that I read this, but I'll be durned if I can
remember the name or who wrote it. :-(

It's definitely and AU, set I believe post-Glory, in which the portal was
opened (or maybe post-NFA in which they didn't 'win'...), at any rate it's
definitely an Apocalypse story in which Spike grabs Dawn and runs. Before
he could rescue her though, she was raped and becomes pregnant.
Spike and Dawn eventually are together and after a while they find Xander
and Wesley who are also together. They all end up living on a farm
together and there's a happy little twist right at the end of the story.

Anybody know what this is? Please?
