Looking for a fic

This one has been niggling at me for a while, but I can only remember the tiniest little fact about it.

Spuffy fic, which ends with Buffy and Spike in a hotel, someone knocks at the door, Buffy answers and it is a human (girl I think) of Spike's family.

Any help with this would be appreciated so that I can stop wondering.

Grrr... I know I've read this... Now, what was it? I can only remember the context of that last scene. Like, i'm sure Dawn was in a hotel room across the hall, but that really doesn't help identify the fic.
