Time Travel Fic

seeking_spikeAfter a long hiatus from the Buffy/Spike pairing, I've found myself re-reading old fics - and it's been fun. However, my memory is a bit spotty.
I'm looking for a time travel fic where a future Buffy (post Chosen?) goes back to Season 2 Spike. When she gets there, she can't go back to her future for some reason, so she has to wait out the time difference in hiding. She finds Spike (barely out of the wheelchair) and he goes with her to a remote house in a scenic place where they spend the time. The following may or may not have been involved: a train ride to the remote area, a helpful person at the house, an injured Spike.
I can't remember where I read this, who wrote it, or even what the writing was like. I would greatly appreciate any help in finding it! Thanks!
